The Kitchen Table

The Kitchen Table at Sarasota's Pomona Bistro and Wine Bar gives guests an exclusive view into Pomona's kitchen and its chefs, Ryan Boeve and Arthur Lopes.

Located in a private room right next to the kitchen, the Kitchen Table is a food lover's delight. A perfectly-set round table seats a maximum of eight guests. The wall to the kitchen is floor-to-ceiling glass with a glass door which may be kept open or closed as desired.

"Watching a cooking show on TV is one thing, but being live takes it to a whole new level," raves Ryan, executive chef. "If you have a question or suggestion, we're right here to interact with you."

Fare at Pomona's Kitchen Table changes daily and consists of chef-created four or seven-course meals. In addition, our full-time sommelier is on hand to suggest wine pairings that complement the food selections and patron's tastes.

"The Kitchen Table is a highly personalized dining experience that lets us be ultra creative and showcase our talents as chefs, " says pastry chef Arthur. "It's really an intimate experience. It brings us closer to our guests," he adds, "They get to watch everything we're doing in the kitchen while partaking in fine food and wine."
